OUR HISTORY

1981

Tests for the manufacture of Herreño Cheese begin

1985

The Herreño Cheese begins to be commercialized.


The milk was collected in milkmaids 40 liters and once it arrived at the Central Quesera it was emptied into vats to cool it and start the manufacturing process..

1998

The manufacturing process was automated with the incorporation of machinery for fruit set, cut, molded and pressed.

Isothermal trucks for milk collection and tanks to cool milk on farms were purchased.

A smokehouse oven was bought, because at first they smoked in a room attached to the factory.


Vacuum packaging machines were purchased, because it was previously plasticized.
