At Quesos El Herreño, we work tirelessly to offer you the very best, and our dedication begins on the farms where the goats, sheep, and cows that provide the milk for our delicious cheeses are raised. As livestock farmers from El Hierro, a dairy region traditionally linked to livestock farming, our origins go back to our parents and grandparents. A Committed Cooperative
We are 29 goat milk producers, 11 sheep milk producers, and 2 cow milk producers, and we are committed to a sustainable agri-food model that covers every link in the value chain. Our cooperative, SCL Ganaderos de El Hierro, manages the daily milk collection, processing, and marketing, ensuring full traceability throughout the entire process and guaranteeing the maximum freshness and quality of our products.
